All payments are to be made before the counseling session failing which any registration shall be invalid. In case where CareerDNA has permitted payment through instalments, the instalments shall be paid not later than the designated due dates.
The mode of payment shall be cash against receipt, direct bank transfer, payment in the account of Career DNA through NEFT/RTGS/RazorPay/Paytm. In case of an international bank transfer, the mode of payment shall be made through the IBAN/SWIFT Modality. Career DNA does not accept payment through cryptocurrency or credit note. Career DNA reserves the right to prescribe the specific mode and method of payment on a case by case basis.
Refund
As a general principle no refunds will be made against any services except upon cancellation of the said products and services by Career DNA or inability of Career DNA to provide the said services.
The client should also understand and accept that no refund or transfer of fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his/her request or decides to opt out due to any reason during the proceedings after he/she signs-up.
