At Career DNA, we don’t leave any stone unturned. In order to ensure a thorough academic profiling and mapping of your extra-curricular activities, we conduct psychometric tests that highlight your interests, aptitude, and personality.

To further develop our assessment, we even analyze your handwriting and grasp a better understanding of your personality traits. This is finally complemented with your aspirations and parents’ perceptions towards your career path.

Employment opportunities, industry trends, and finances are some of the key factors for your preferences. Our sessions are tailored for all our candidates and parents to streamline the selection of the best program for you. Based on your suitability, you receive a personalized list categorized into best-fit, good-fit, and safe-fit colleges that includes extensive information regarding each category and course.

Ultimately, a course of action plan is drawn with precise dates to guide you to the right path. Remember, your program selection is like a shoe – shoes don’t have free sizes, no college is the perfect choice for everyone. You have to choose the college that fits you perfectly.

Most programs have a unique admission test requirement and they are known to be fairly competitive. No need to stress! We walk you through the required tests for your chosen program, their scope and pattern. With our constant support and targeted approach, you will be able to prepare for these tests with ease and ace them! Furthermore, we provide help in the online registration of the tests/assessment/exam.

We understand test preparation is far from enough. The key to a successful application is developing an effective strategy, which highlights a student’s academic, professional and extracurricular abilities so that they stand out from the crowd. At Career DNA, we guide students through internships, community service, valuable extracurricular experience and help them decode their personal SWOT analysis.

The application process can be a tricky business! We are there for you in a number of ways:

  • We brainstorm with students to help them tap into their unique voice to craft essays that reflect their personality, vision and values.
  • For each student, we create a bespoke blueprint that includes program shortlisting, application management and hands-on essay optimisation.
  • We engage in workshops that help you design and craft your resume as per industry standards.
  • Finally, our expert mentors prepare you for your admissions interview. We build your scholarship and financial application all the way till the final submission.
  • All of them are designed with a timeline for each step of the process.

Time is of the essence! In case of various offers of acceptance and scholarships, we help you narrow down to choose the right one and avoid missing out on opportunities. To enhance your competitive edge, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible for a preliminary discussion leading up to the application period.

Student Testimonials

“I came to Neeta Ji in the beginning of Class XI and at first I was shocked to see how genuinely they cared for finding the right college for me. They were available to solve my queries 24/7 and they aided me through the whole process from helping me edit my Statement of Purpose multiple times to helping me prepare for my first interview, my experience at CareerDNA for the past 30 months has been positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again. Thank you so much.”

“I think the EM Normandie experience has been really good right now. Though I have been here just for two months, I am confident that in future things will be good. Apart from that, CareerDNA has been helpful to me in many things. First of all, finding my course. I was so confused about what course to select, what to do, what things are necessary for me, what things I am good at. All thanks to Neeta Maám for doing my psychological test where she identified that management was the correct path for me and supply chain management was something which I was really interested on. So, I must say that it has been a really good experience working with them and I hope everyone gets associated with them and does the same as I have done. Thank you so much, Maám and Sir.”

We offer our program for following

1. Am I eligible to study abroad?

To begin studying as an international student, there are a range of entry requirements that you need to check before applying. Application processes differ depending on the university and the country, but generally institutions provide full details of how to submit your application on the official website along with academic requirements (including a good grasp of the English language). For example, some courses require a foundation course before applying for a specific degree. Your Career DNA counselor will help you assess your eligibility for different programs and shortlist courses based on your profile, admission requirements and costs.

2. How much will it cost to study abroad?

The cost of studying abroad differs greatly based on your program of choice and country. You need to consider the average tuition fees for international students in your chosen country, as well as the cost of living that depends on the chosen program, duration, the distance you travel and the way of lifestyle you need when you arrive.
It is essential to familiarize yourself with the visa requirements as some of them expect you to have a specific measure of assets accessible in your financial balance before arrival. Career DNA visa specialists help you navigate the requirements and prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary hurdles at the last minute. Many students choose to do some part-time work alongside their studies to help their living or mingling costs. Nonetheless, there are strict limitations on the hours you are permitted to work to guarantee you don’t lose your scholarly core interest. This part-time work does not in any way cover all the costs, so you need to be mindful of that before relying on them. In this regard, our counselors help you identify the opportunities you may have and how you can use them to your advantage.

3. When should I start planning my study abroad procedure? How long does the application process take?

The application process is a lengthy process and requires a multi stage timeline to ensure all the requirements are met before the deadline. Taking all of this into account, applying as early as possible is the best way to go. After all, the sooner you gain acceptance into a university, the sooner you can arrange your travels. We encourage students to make their own deadlines ahead of the actual deadline in their calendars to avoid disappointment and stress. Having said that, application deadlines vary but in general most programs begin during the months of September/October and applications for these programs open a year before the stated date. At Career DNA, we encourage students to begin with the process at least 15 months before the deadlines.

4. How long does the application process take?

We recommend you begin your application process least a year in advance to have enough time for your applications to be handled and to prepare for your time to go overseas. The academic year begins at different times of the year in different countries. So, you need to know that too.

6. What if I can’t afford to study overseas?

There are various scholarships and funding opportunities for international students to help them finance their studies. These vary by learning level and institution. There are a variety of governments and other organizations that also offer scholarships and awards to help international students finance their studies. These days, students even have the opportunity to apply for education loans. Since scholarships are inherently competitive, students have to demonstrate outstanding academic achievement to receive a scholarship. Please reach out to Career DNA counselors who have expertise in assisting you with the details of various scholarships and its eligibility criteria for your chosen course and university. 7. Can I work and study at the same time?

If you pursue a course at a degree level or above you may be permitted to work while on an international student visa in most of the countries. But before undertaking any paid work, make sure that your visa allows the same. The opportunity for students to work during their studies period varies from country to country. For example, the US only allows graduate school students to work for 20 hours a week within the university premises. The rules are a little different in the UK but carry similar time limitations. However, summer and winter breaks offer options for various internships and more work hours but international students have to check with job and placement centers in their universities. The university careers service is also a useful source of information.

8. Will studying abroad help me find a good job?

Your career growth will benefit hugely from the experience of studying, living and socializing abroad. It is a great opportunity to develop various new skills, perspectives and stronger English language hold and seek work experience. All of this enhances your chances of securing a better job.
